You’ll know who owns the work.
You meet your named consultant during discovery. Scope, milestones and price are agreed in writing before work starts, and everything we build is documented so your team can run it.
How we handle access and information
- Read-only first. The least access that answers the question.
- Never credentials by email. Access goes through your own systems and approvals.
- Confidentiality first. A mutual NDA before we look at anything sensitive.
- Handed back. When the engagement ends, our access ends with it.
Independent recommendations
- We don’t resell software or take vendor commissions, so a recommendation is never a sales decision in disguise.
- Often the tool you already pay for turns out to be enough.

Do you implement, or only advise?
Both. Engagements can include discovery, workflow design, automation, reporting, implementation and training. The proposal states exactly what we deliver and anything that depends on your IT team or vendors.
What does it cost?
The 15-minute review is free. Paid work is scoped and priced in writing before it starts. Most relationships begin with a short diagnostic rather than a large project, because a fixed price for work nobody has examined yet is a guess.
Do you work with our IT provider?
Yes. We work alongside them on the processes, handoffs and reporting that run on top of your technology. If you don’t have an IT provider, we can take on IT support projects directly and scope them like any other engagement.
Do you prepare or file taxes?
No, and we don’t give tax, legal or accounting advice. With tax and information-reporting teams, we work on the systems around the filing: preparing data, validating it, reconciling it and moving it cleanly in and out of the platforms you already use.
Do you work remotely or on site?
Both. Most discovery and delivery runs remotely, so we work with teams across the U.S. We’re based in Roselle Park, New Jersey, and can be on site across the NJ and NY metro area when watching the work in person helps.
